About our Staff
There are usually three or four members of staff working at every playgroup session. This ensures that we have a high staff to child ratio enabling the best possible learning environment for every child. The staff review and update their skills regularly and undertake relevant training. We all renew our First Aid and Child Protection every three years and are all Fully Enchanced DBS checked.
We adhere to recommended ratio's of 1 : 5 Adults to Children with under 3's
and 1 : 8 Adults to Children over 3's
The Staff at Condicote Playgroup and Toddlers are very experienced and fully qualified.
